Each year the US National Park Service hosts what they’re calling “Free Entrance Days in the National Parks”. During these fee-free days you can visit any National Park within the US for free. Not bad considering on a normal day you could pay upwards of $25 to visit, depending on the park of course. One of the most visited National parks is Yosemite and it just so happens that Yosemite is in our own back yard. Consider visiting this amazing park on one of these fee-free days and save $20, which may pay for your gas there and back. Keep in mind these fee-free days only cover entrance fees, commercial tour fees, and transportation entrance fees. All other fees such as reservation, camping, tours, concession etc. are not included unless stated otherwise.
Visit the National Park Service website to learn when the fee-free days are for this year.
